Important: Please note that any actions you take on an invoice after marking it as paid in the Invoice2go app will not reflect on the invoice in QuickBooks after it has already been synced. There, you should see your Invoice2go invoice (see below). Next, navigate to the section labeled Sales (or Invoicing depending on your setup), and choose Invoices. Once you've marked an invoice as paid, log in to your QuickBooks account and navigate to your default revenue account chosen from Step 1. Once you mark an invoice as fully paid, it will automatically sync to your QuickBooks account along with your client and item details. If they don’t, you’ll want to update your taxes in either Invoice2go or QuickBooks, so they match before linking your accounts.
